This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mojo Yazılım Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Mojo Yazılım", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. You represent that you own or control the device on which the App is installed and that you have the right and capacity to enter into this agreement.
This EULA also applies to any updates, supplements, or services provided with the App unless covered by a separate agreement. We may amend this EULA from time to time; for material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app message. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or at least 16 in the European Economic Area and other regions where a higher minimum age applies) to use the Apps. If you are below the age of majority in your region, a parent or guardian must review and accept this EULA on your behalf and supervise your use.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Mojo Yazılım grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to install and use the latest version of the App on a device you own or control, for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.
Some Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. Where offered, the price, billing period, and any free trial are shown in the App before purchase.
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' refund policies:
Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and virtual items are otherwise non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The Apps provide various features and services ("App Functions"), which may change over time. Some App Functions use artificial intelligence to process content you provide and to generate results, effects, translations, or informational insights.
Location-based information provided by the Apps is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for navigation, emergency, or other critical decisions.
The Apps may integrate with or rely on third-party services, content, AI providers, or advertisements. Mojo Yazılım is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device and credentials against unauthorized access.
Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.
Our Apps store your profile information and content locally on your device; we do not maintain a separate user account for this information on our servers. Uninstalling an App removes the data stored on your device along with it. Please cancel any active subscriptions through your store account separately, as uninstalling does not cancel them. See our Privacy Policy for further details.
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it through your device's operating system. Uninstalling an App deletes the data stored locally on your device, but does not by itself cancel a subscription; see Sections E and J.
By using the Apps, you acknowledge that we collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
The Apps, including their design, code, and content, are the intellectual property of Mojo Yazılım or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Apps. You grant Mojo Yazılım a limited license to use such content as necessary to operate and provide the requested features. Where content is submitted for AI processing, it is used solely to deliver the requested result.
We may suspend or terminate your license and access to an App if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use of the App and delete all copies from your device.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo Yazılım shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojo Yazılım from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Apps or your breach of this EULA.
The Apps may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export restrictions when downloading or using the Apps.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
